Policies
    Reservations
  • Reservations require a 50% deposit
  • Check-In time is 3:00 pm. If you are going to be arriving earlier please notify us and we will do our best to arrange an early Check-In.
  • Check-Out time is 11:00 am. A late Check-Out (1 PM) is available for $15.00
  • If you plan to arrive after 9:00 pm, please call and notify us so we can make arrangements for check in.
  • All rates are subject to applicable lodging and sales tax in effect at time of booking.

  • Pets
  • PETS are not accepted on The Inn on Fall River's property.
  • Service animals are accepted. Please provide documentation when making your reservation
  • Should it be determined a pet, that is not a service animal, was inside the cabin, room, or suite, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations
  • An office handling fee of $50.00 will be charged for all cancelled reservations.
  • You are responsible for the full payment of your reservation on cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date. We will attempt to re-book your Room, Cabin, or Suite and will refund the amount we receive for your dates. If the difference between your accommodations total price and the price we re-book it out for is less than $50.00, your cancellation fee will remain at $50.00.

  • Firewood
  • Every Room, Suite, and Cabin have a fireplace. Firewood can be bought at the office for $5.00 per bundle. Collecting firewood around the property is not allowed.

  • Smoking Policy
  • Our cabins, rooms, and suites are NON-SMOKING inside. Should it be determined that smoking occurred inside the cabin, room, or suite, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged
  • Smoking is allowed outdoors as long as cigarette butts are not thrown on our grounds or trail.

  • General
  • No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
  • For all of our guests protection and our liability, the resort area is for paid registered guests Day visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.
  • We are holding this time exclusively for you so you are responsible for the number of days and number of persons you have reserved.
  • Our insurance does not allow skateboards/roller skates or bicycles to be used on the property.
  • Currently, there is no breakfast offered.
